Excel Glaze
Excel Glaze is a polymer curing compound specially developed and manufactured by a leading chemical producer. This material is sensitive to the effects of ultraviolet light, or “curing”. The chemical molecules comprising Excel Glaze are also colour sensitive. During the “curing” process, the glaze gives a very high resolution coupled with an enhanced, saturated colour intensity to each full colour product i.e. photograph or a Name Badge. The Excel Glaze actually raises and improves the resolution power by giving a “Crystal Clear Look” like fine crystal glassware to the product. Depth is added, colour is improved, clarity is enhanced, and the whole intensity and impact of the product is upgraded.
